This 14 mile loop trail follows both a dirt road and some singletrack. There's a fairly long climb, but all the work pays off with scenic views of the Gorge Range and Vail Mountain. <br />
This is a multi-use trail and is frequented by mountain bikers so please practice trail etiquette.
Take Vail exit 176. Head West on the North Frontage Rd. Take a Right on Red <br /><br />Sandstone Rd. Follow the road up hill until you see a trailhead parking lot on <br /><br />the left. If it is full continue up hill until you see a dirt road on the left (this is <br /><br />the route on bike as well) You should find parking 3/4 of a mile up the road. <br /><br />Signs say snowmobile parking.
